We will be immersing ourselves in nature using all senses to activate our parasympathetic nervous system, which brings feelings of calm and general well-being. We will have a sensory experience in the forest by Camp Brewster Lodge, quieting our thoughts and finding a sense of peace and well-being in nature. Come prepared for the elements. Due to the quiet and contemplative nature of this program, we request that participants are adults only.

Program Fee: This program is $10 for Members and $25 for Non-members. Pre-registration is required.
