Ever wondered what birds brighten up the Forest when there's snow on the ground? Join us on a chilly February morning to learn about the birds who brave the winters of Fontenelle Forest!

Bring your binoculars (or borrow a pair from us) and learn about some of the Forest's 7 species of woodpeckers. Search for splashes of color from cardinals or nuthatches! This hike will largely stick to the boardwalk and focus on identifying birds that hang out in the Forest during the winter. This program is recommended for children ages 12+.

Maximum of 15 people. Pre-registration is required.
