Join us for the beginning of autumn at our Fall Equinox Hike at Camp Wa-Kon-Da! The fall equinox is a unique time of year when the sun is above the equator, so day and night are equal in length. Come learn about this and fall flora and fauna at the Fall Equinox Hike!

The hike will be about a 30-45 minute hike over moderate terrain as the sun sets. After the sun goes down we will convene inside to decorate fall-themed lanterns. Then we'll take our creations outside and enjoy s'mores around a bonfire. 

Please wear footwear that would be appropriate for walking over slightly uneven terrain and dress (or bring) warm layers since this is a mostly outdoor activity.

This program is recommended for ages 12 and up. Maximum of 35 people. Pre-registration is required.

This event is $10 for members and $20 for non-members. Members must sign in to receive discount.
