This experience is all about grounding yourself in nature with gratitude. Join us for a guided forest saunter that includes mindful breathing, expressions of gratitude, and tree hugging. Due to the relaxing nature of the event, we kindly request that participants are adults only.

Program Fee: This program is $10 for Members and $25 for Non-members. Pre-registration is required.
