(ED Public Program) Summer Reiki Restorative Meditation
Restore and replenish your mind, body & spirit during the heat of summer's busyness. Join us for a refreshing and relaxing afternoon at the Nature Center experiencing the balancing frequencies of a Reiki infused guided meditation. This experience, facilitated by Rebecca Jesus of ZenSourceful Living Reiki, will rejuvenate and harmonize your natural rhythms to the earth's energy and summer season. Learn practical tips for aligning your energy to cultivate ease and well-being with nature's seasonal cycles.
We recommend dressing comfortably and consider bringing: a pillow, yoga mat or beach towel to lay on, another to cover with, an eye pillow or hand towel to block out any external light, and a notebook to journal. Due to the relaxing nature of the event, we kindly request that recipients are adults only.
