It’s time to talk about some of the most elusive birds of Fontenelle Forest – the owls! We will learn about how they hunt at night, figure out how far they can really turn their heads, and even see some of our resident owls up close. 

Acorn Academy meets every Tuesday and Thursday from 9:30 A.M. to 11:00 A.M. at Fontenelle Forest Nature Center. This program is for children ages 6+. Acorn Academy is $8 per child. Registration is required. Class size is limited to 20 students.
