Why do we have skeletons, but worms are all squishy? Do squirrels have kneecaps? Are exoskeletons made from bones? From the phalanges to the vertebrae, let’s talk about bones!  

Acorn Academy meets every Tuesday and Thursday from 9:30 A.M. to 11:00 A.M. at Fontenelle Forest Nature Center. This program is for children ages 6+. Acorn Academy is $8 per child. Registration is required. Class size is limited to 20 students.
